To a large extent many companies - including our own - are an unknown, stuck out in the abyss that is the World Wide Web. This is one of the reasons for our policy of openness. We are more than happy to share all of our company details with you, and actively encourage your feedback. We are also happy to share with you our security policies - both on-line and off-line.

On-line Security

The very fact that a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is being utilised by itsmustard.co.uk ensures that the users sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - are encrypted so that it can only be read by the employees of ItsMustard.co.uk. They cannot be read via the Internet. In short all online transactions are totally safe and all credit card details are handled with the highest degree of security.

Off-line Security

Security on the Internet tends to focus on online issues. However, as described above, Off-line security is something we take very seriously at ItsMustard.co.uk. We can state that none of our customer's credit card details are stored on-line or off-line. On completion of the order the credit card details are removed from the system.
